Sometimes crap happens, our fault or not SUKA has your back and we promise to cover you in any quality or delivery issues you experience while shopping with us.

We reach beyond our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act and orders placed with SUKA.co.nz have the following additional guarantees

  

• Arrival - If the package does not arrive we will refund you.
• Change Mind - If you change your mind within 7 days and its still in new condition you can return to us for a refund, return shipping is paid by you and we expect the item to be in resalable condition.
• Quality - Goods not arriving as described or damaged will be replaced or refunded.
• Support and Repairs - If you need help with operation we're experts on everything we sell and have a direct link to the suppliers so can answer anything you ask. If you have damaged or crashed your quad and need parts we can help you.
