Do you have a pickup location?
SUKA lives in Wellington. If you are in Wellington and would like to pickup please contact us to arrange it, we prefer shipping it out unless you are addicted and really cant wait for the delivery.
What if my order arrives damaged?
On man did your stuff arrive damaged or broken? Get your phone out and take a few photos of what you received, if the courier is there with you give him a telling off and contact us immediately.
How do I cancel my order?
Maybe your kid used your credit card or you changed your mind either way we offer refunds. Immediately contact us if you decide to cancel an order and hopefully we have not shipped it, if the order is already shipped you can only receive a partial refund as we do not refund the shipping cost and you will also need to send the product back to us. Ensure you give us your email address and order number.
Can I get a bulk discount?
If you are a local store or interested in ordering a large quantity flick us a message and we will see what we have available and for what price. SUKA's products are already at a decent price so don't expect any mass savings.
